Teddy Forscher first joined TSRC in the fall of 2014 as a Masters student in Transportation Engineering. As a PhD student at Berkeley he is investigating the effects of road and area pricing strategies on goods movement in urban areas, with particular interest in the emergence of shared-use platforms for first- and last-mile movements. In other research endeavors, he has examined the impact of new approaches to post-disaster funding on the future resiliency of public transit networks and has looked for potential improvements in the transportation of refugees and asylum-seekers, among other projects. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, photography, baseball, and dogs, in no particular order.
