TSRC supports the California Air Resources Board in its implementation of the state's Low Carbon Fuel Standard, which aims to reduce the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from transportation fuel at least 10% by 2020. TSRC also develops computer models of transportation systems and fuels to analyze and understand the costs and benefits of alternatives to conventional vehicle and fuel pathways.
